We had an enchanting stay at Hermitage in Sestriere. The staff, especially Natalia and Marco, were exceptional in making our trip memorable. They provided us with fantastic tips on ski classes and recommended delicious restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of savory and sweet options. The evening meals, especially the appetizers, were delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were also pleased that the hotel accommodated our dietary requests.

We went on a romantic escape and the location was perfect to explore both France and Italy. The breakfast spread was diverse and tasty with options for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the traditional menu on Saturday, which offered a taste of the local cuisine. The ski lift was just a few meters away from the hotel, which made it very convenient for skiing.
Our family room was a bit outdated, which made it uncomfortable. Despite being the end of the season, the hotel felt a bit quiet for our taste.

This hotel has a prime location bordering both France and Italy, you can explore two countries staying in one place! The breakfast had a good selection of both sweet and salty food, and the four-course evening meal never disappointed! The appetizers were excellent in particular. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that we were comfortable and satisfied. The rooms were also comfortable and clean, which is always a plus.
The family room could use some updating to improve comfort. It was a little warm, and some renovation would be appreciated.
